Brian, Luke, and Mary have extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defence and road traffic prosecutions. Their experience ranges from minor public order and theft charges in the District Court, to serious Assault, sexual offence prosections, manslaughter and murder prosecutions before the Circuit Court and Central Criminal Court.
Our team of solicitors attend Court on a daily basis including The Criminal Courts of Justice, Blanchardstown District Court, The Children’s Court Smithfield, Tallaght District Court and Dun Laoighre Distrct Court. Our solicitors are on the legal aid panel and represent clients through the free legal aid scheme as well as private clients.

Brian has significant experience in representing children who are in conflict with the law. He attends the Children’s Court in Smithfield on a weekly basis and can attend at Garda Stations for the purposes of an interview if a young person is being questioned in relation to an offence.
