Brian Keenan
Managing Partner
Brian is an experienced solicitor; working with a well known firm in Dublin for 6 years before founding Keenan & Company Solicitors in 2016. Brian specialises in Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defence.
Brian’s passion is in getting the best possible results for his clients. He has a personal and hands-on approach; attending court on a daily basis and advising clients who have been arrested and detained at Garda Stations.
With over 13 years of experience in the legal industry, Brian has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in advising clients who find themselves in a difficult situation. Brian’s main areas of practice are Criminal Defence and Personal Injury Litigation.
Brian’s reputation in the area of Criminal Defence has grown greatly over the last number of years and he regularly contributes at conferences on the topics of the Criminal Justice System and the area of Juvenile Justice.
Donagh Bradley
Partner
Donagh joined Keenan & Company having worked for four years in a busy General Practise in Dublin and having spent one year working in Vancouver, Canada in the state’s Supreme Court Defence Litigation department. Donagh obtained a Degree in Law with history from UCD in 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
Donagh practises primarily in the areas of Personal Injuries Litigation, Conveyancing & Probate.
Donagh is registered on the Law Society’s Chlár na Gaeilge /Irish Language Register and is qualified to practice through Irish.
Luke Staines
Partner
Luke is an experienced solicitor having previously worked at a well known Dublin firm for six years. Luke specialises in Criminal Law and has been working in the District court in the Criminal Courts of Justice since 2017. Luke has worked on some of the most high profile criminal cases in Ireland over the past six years.
Luke is on the board of the directors of the Irish Penal Reform Trust. Luke has tutored in Criminal Law in the Law Society of Ireland and is also part of a committee in the Law Society. Luke attends court daily and works on a myriad of cases for clients from all backgrounds. Luke is passionate about helping people. Luke provides expert legal advice and advocacy to his clients.
Mary Lavelle
Solicitor
Mary qualified as a solicitor in 2023, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Law and Irish from Dublin City University, and her Masters degree in International Law: Crime, Justice and Human Rights, from the University of Birmingham.
Having trained with a well-established firm in Dublin, she now specialises in Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defence.
Mary is passionate about Human Rights and has a particular interest in equality of access to justice.
Mary is also registered with the Law Society’s Chlár na Gaeilge/Irish Language Register and is qualified to practice through Irish.
